a) Explanation and processing purpose
If you contact us by email or phone, your request, including all personal data resulting from it (name, request, contact details) will be saved and processed by us for the purpose of answering your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent. If you purchase the film as a DVD and / or a license for the public screening, we will continue to collect and process your payment details.
b) Legal basis
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 I lit.f GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us.
The data you send to us via contact requests will be stored until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

a) Right to information:
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data concerning you. If this is the case, there is a right to information about this personal data to the legal extent (Art. 15 GDPR in conjunction with Sec 34 German Federal Data Protection ACT (BDSG)).
